(LLPHR): 2010 to present – President and Chairman.  LLPHR is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. “We are dedicated to the fulfillment of all Americans’ promises to all other Americans”.  LLPHR’s objectives include education regarding the agreements upon which We, the People have been formed.

: 1998 to present – Member/Managing Member.  John F Halbleib LLC is engaged in research, writing, publishing, lecturing, consulting, and other professional activities. 
NetGain Technologies, LLC: Lockport, IL 1998 to 2012 – a Founding Member.  NetGain’s business includes hybrid and all electric vehicle design. The NetGain team created (i) its Electric Assist System (EAS) (which enhances fuel economy in combustion engine vehicles converted to hybrids (with parallel pollution reduction)), (ii) its electronics package (EMIS) (which regulates torque in hybrid vehicles), (iii) motors suited for hybrid conversions, and (iv) one of the world’s fastest all electric dragsters. Environmental – EAS and EMIS reduce pollutants emitted by existing combustion engine vehicles converted to hybrids.
Prestigious Law Firms: to December 2006. 
As a partner John practiced law in a range of areas (including corporate, commercial lending, domestic financing, export-import financing, municipal finance, letters of credit, and securities), representing sophisticated clients, which practice included conceiving, designing, generating participation in, managing, and greatly expanding a free global website which shared intellectual property from participants in nearly every country in the world.  His practice of law included prestigious Chicago and New Orleans based law firms. His responsibilities also allowed him to deliver substantially greater value from the increasing investment in technology.  He achieved excellent results in team-building and elevating institutional trust for all team members, substantially improved product and performance, tripled productivity (with less than 14% increase in personnel), received unsolicited, extraordinary accolades from third parties, partners and clients, and contributed to increased market share, revenue, and profits.

Agreement among We, the People (2015); Adoption, Fosterage & Homestead (2015); Theft by Deception (2015); Human Rights Capitalism (2014); Milton S. Hershey – “His Deeds are His Monument, His Life is Our Inspiration” (2004); and Hershey – Ideal Community for Orphans (2005). Agreement among We, the People challenges all Americans to become “true Americans” as the means through which to regain control of Our sovereign authority as We the People of the United States of America.  Adoption, Fosterage & Homestead describes an excellent early 20th Century example of Human Rights Capitalism.  Theft by Deception provides details regarding the continuing theft by deception from the Hershey Family Trust and provides possible solutions.
